Whether you sit inside or out on their deck overlooking the water, this is a great restaurant to introduce visitors to Wilmington. Some think its pricey, but compared to the "pricey" Wilmington restaurants, its very reasonable. You have to try their calimari and corn bread, and the crab cakes are always perfect.

Are you kidding me, 500 people flock to Outback every night and the food is comparable with a delightful view, $5 to $10 more for better seafood/steaks and you are looking at the Cape Fear River Bridge. Excellent.

My wife and I have been to the PH twice. Both times the food was excellent but the service was some what slow. Refills on the icedtea took far to long - this was addressed in the lower than most tip. I ahve many coworkers who have returned several times and love it. I will continue to support.

me and my party of ten made reservations to the pilot house on news year eve. it took us 45 minutes to be seated .another 15 minutes before the waitress bought the bread and drinks.when the food finally arrived my soup was cold and very salty(collard green soup).in fact everyones food was cold.the portions were small.the waitress sucked,service was just horrific at best.stay away from this place unless you like crappy service and poor food. thank you have a nice day!!!!
