Cafe Phoenix food
Been here twice in the past couple of months. Food was excellent both times, but service was definitely lacking
Awesome
The Jersey Girls love this place. Miss the Tapas though. Nice to sit outside with your dog and watch the tourists go by. Food is always very good, staff has always been very friendly. Prices are a bit high, but so are most trendy places in Wilmington.
