I want to tell you about a awful experience I had a while back with this place the service people were rude and hateful then the place was a nasty place people were slipping and slidding all over the floor with fear of falling it was asked to be cleaned and the people would bark at you the wait was forever on the food then you don't get what all you ordered and then it is another long wait. I talked to the Manager seemed like a nice guy but not good on the business end. Something should have been done for the long wait I had and the not getting the food I ordered and wait again. He is lucky someone didn't sue him for the nastyness of that store it is lucky I didn't call the Health Department and others were mad also. The guy was in Lubbock at the time he called to tell me this and called me when he got back but that was it nothing no response of anything after he talked to the workers or anything. I am very disappointed I haven't been back since this and several of my friends haven't either due to the same attitudes the employees have the nastyness and the food is cold when you get it and nothing is ever done about the problem. Nice guy but needs to take care of business and the customer should recieve something than I am sorry. My business wouldn't work that way if I have a complaint it gets fixed and the customer gets a coupon for something for there time to discuss the problem. There was several people that day that asked for the Mangers number now if they ever called I don't know. Diane Hargis PoBOX 484 Burkburnett Texas 76354. In Lubbock the news channels ggo around and check these places and get rated on TV that would stop some of this hateful employyes and the nastyness of places.

I normally like LJS, but the Maurine St location has lousey service at the drive-up. I don't know if they just don't like white people or what, but from now on I go to Kemp St for their fine quisine.

Personally, I love Long John Silvers... It is the most delicious fast food in town... especially their chicken... Umm1 Makes me hungry just thinkin bout' it!!
