Five Guys Famous Burgers   

This is casual dining with a formula that works: delicious burgers served up with your choice of fixings at near-fast food prices. Step up to the counter and pick a hamburger, cheeseburger, bacon burger or bacon cheeseburger, all of which are prepared with fresh ground beef and come in two sizes -- one patty or two. Select from more than a dozen toppings, including sauteed mushrooms, pickles, jalapenos and hot sauce. Add an order of made-fresh, bordering-on-soggy, boardwalk-style French fries -- either regular or Cajun -- and a soda with free refills. You'll be set for just $6 or $7. You can also order a split-open grilled hot dog, with bacon and cheese variations, or a grilled cheese or veggie sandwich. Mostly a takeout joint, Five Guys keeps things relaxed with comment cards decking the walls with customer kudos and rock music blaring throughout the place. While you wait for your order, snack on peanuts you don't have to shell out any cash for.
