Coach Macs Sports Bar at Hotel Syracuse is a tribute to former Syracuse University football coach Dick MacPherson and a mecca for SU fans. Pictures of "Coach Mac" adorn the walls of the bar and restaurant along with other SU football memorabilia such as plaques and helmets. Syracuse sports fans come to watch football and basketball games on the bars 32 television sets (some of which are located right in the dining booths) and see live broadcasts of sports radio shows. Coach Macs is home to WSYRs SU football pre-game show, where hosts Ted Deluca and Joe Galuski discuss statistics and talk with players. WSYR also does its Syracuse Crunch post-game fan call- in show with the "voice of the Crunch," Bob McGilligan. Besides radio shows, Coach Macs offers casual dining and specialty drinks like Lunatic Lemonade. -- Sara Tripp
