For summertime dining, the atmosphere of the Bear Garden is enticing, but the sometimes boisterous quarters inside are plenty snug enough when mother nature is not cooperating. However, at any respectable music club, sitting by the stage during a performance is essential to the experience. The Guinness-based barbecue sauce on the hickory-smoked rib tips or beef brisket is intoxicating, so dispense of the silverware as these dishes deserve a more personal approach.
