This upscale eatery, located in the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Spokane, promises an attractive and elegant dining experience. Chefs meticulously prepare every entree and offer unique daily specials that give more life to an already energized menu. Prime rib, Pacific salmon, pastas and crab legs are a few of the items you'll find, all prepared specifically to order. A house specialty is the Cedar-Planked Salmon, which is infused with cedar smoke and served on black cherry compote. Most entrees are served with either twice-baked potatoes, garlic-mashed potatoes or risotto. Those in the know will offer this advice: When at Vineyards Steakhouse, order the 24-ounce porterhouse and a tall glass of the red house wine made from a local Washington vineyard, and enjoy.
