This fun (and originally named) bistro welcomes guests with the sights of red-and-white checkerboard tablecloths and the smells of wood- oven pizzas melting in the ovens. The pizzas get rave reviews, but locals will say the pasta dishes are too tasty to pass up for the pizzas. House specialties are baked seafood manicotti with shrimp; scallops; and snow crab sauteed in white wine with onions, mushrooms and red peppers with a ricotta cheese and spinach-herb sauce. It's then oven-baked to perfection and served with creamy Alfredo, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Tomato Street also offer something called Lazonni, homemade lasagna wrapped in homemade honey-sweetened pizza dough and baked in a wood oven. The Lazonni is served with either marinara or meat sauce.

Last time I was there the portions were too small. Better food at other Italian Restaurants in Spokane.
