If you're looking for entertainment while you gorge, come by on Tuesday nights at 7 for the Big Texan Opry. Lots of locals round up to provide great country singing and a foot-stompin', hand- clappin' good time, but space is limited, so it's a good idea to call ahead. However, if you can't make it on Tuesdays, don't worry -- you haven't missed out on the fun. You can catch a country serenade tableside every night by one of the strolling musicians. And, if you can stomach it after your meal, you may want to take a peek at the largest diamondback rattler exhibit, located near the gift shop. Sounds creepy, but the reptiles (along with the other artifacts) will give you a chance to learn a bit about Texan history.
