The restaurant is a 2-in-1 wine sales store/wine bar with light gourmet offerings. The concept that intrigued the two women owners of this location was their shared passion for wine, and being able to offer it in an upscale, but comfortable setting. The main premise is that people can taste any wine before they purchase one of over 120 wines. And while the venue does serve gourmet food, the main course is the wine, with food as a complement to the wine. There is no beer or liquor and all the wines are kept under nitrous to keep it properly cold. Every weekend is live music, and Wednesdays are special wine tastings. --Andrea Freygang
