You won't get no limp piece of beef wedged between two flabby buns plus a mealy tomato here. After 45 years, Dick's is still as good as it gets. Even Bill Gates admits to favoring these orange and white fifties-era drive-ins. A Dick's Special won't put much of a dent even in an average Joe's wallet. Add fresh-cut fries and an excellent shake and you still get change back from a five. Don't expect to get a burger "your way" though. Dick's basic fried patty comes with ketchup, mustard and pickle, the Special sports shredded lettuce and a tangy yellow, pickle-spiked special sauce, while the two-patty Deluxe model is the top of the line. Onions are five cents extra. Bacon? Fuggedabouddit!

If you compare Dick's to the Metropolitan Grill of course it won't compare, however, if you compare Dick's against it's national chain counterparts such as McDonald's Burger King and the rest you will find thaat Dick's truly is the best! Fresh beef (never frozen)delivered daily and fries cut from fresh potatoes in the restaraunt. You won't find THAT at the golden arches. A Seattle institution!
