Rate and Write a Review After 45 years, Dick's is still fast, cheap and better than we remember. Even Bill Gates admits to favoring these orange and white '50s-era drive-ins. A Dick's Special won't put much of a dent in even an average Joe's wallet. Throw in fresh-cut fries and a shake and you still get change back from a five. Except at Queen Anne, you eat in your car. Don't expect to get a burger "your way," though. Dick's basic fried patty comes with ketchup, mustard, a pickle, shredded lettuce and a tangy, yellow, pickle-spiked sauce. For the top of the Dick's Special line, go for the two-patty Deluxe model. Onions are five cents extra. Bacon? Special requests? Substitutions? Fuggedabouddit!

I crave dick burgers at work but work can't get there and back in my lunch time...guess thats a good thing cause I'd eat there all the time and weigh a ton. I always make sure to stop at dicks when I travel to oregon or the airport (Sea-tac)I usually go to the one off of 45th because it's easy to get to. Wish they had a cash machine...have to go to the Texaco across the street and traffic can be a bear there getting back across. YUMMM!! I am wanting a burger now. Darn it! :) I am surprised when I hear that several people here still haven't tried it. If you haven't and you like burgers...GO GET SOME and grab me a deluxe while you're there. ENJOY!!!
