With its brown-meets-peachy-orange interiors and close-set table arrangements, this wine bar and eatery manages to be more upscale than many nearby restaurants without losing the neighborhood's bustling, artsy and kitsch-loving vibe. Menu highlights include classic steamed mussels paired with a hearty side of fries, seared scallops, pan-roasted Sonoma chicken served up with bell pepper succotash and slow braised pork belly. The lunch menu includes sandwiches, burgers and lighter fare, and a snack menu is served from 2:30-5PM daily.
