A great place to come for late-night Salvadoran or Mexican snacks, La Santaneca keeps the ovens hot until midnight during the week and until 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Pupusas are the highlight, especially a savory cheese version. Big eaters should go for the chorizo soup or the huge Salvadoran-style steak in a delicious green-pepper-and-tomato sauce.Chile rellenos are also great.
