Framed textiles, jewelry, and photographs of tribesmen decorate the elegant dining room and create an ambience abundantly flavored with history. Spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and cumin adorn kebabs as well as rice dishes and lend complex and satisfying nuances to each bite. Lamb is excellent in almost any form; chicken kebabs are luscious topped with spicy green chile sauce.
