If you're hoping to enjoy quiet introspection, you've come to the wrong place. At Yogi's, the volume is set on high, which is understandable, what with 40-odd television sets scattered about, broadcasting sports around the globe. The crowd is young and fit, the staff friendly, and the large center bar is always hopping. While the food is decent enough pub-grub fare -- sandwiches, burgers and pasta as well as more substantial entrees -- eating is not the point of a trip to Yogi's. Here, the crowd's focus is firmly fixed on itself, and why not? Typically stuffed with active sorts in their 20s and 30s who all seem to know each other, the vibe is casual and the dress is beach-friendly. Weekends tend to amplify the energy level, with pounding music and even larger crowds bellying up to the bar. An outdoor patio provides a bit of respite and a good perch to scope out the action. Plenty of microbrews are offered, along with a wildly popular weekday happy hour, pool tables and the aforementioned ubiquitous televisions.
