The service is terrible and it takes a lot from the food. On the food alone, Carini's is probably one of the best Italion rest. in the entire Richmond area. But if you add in the service witch at best is below average, Carini's becomes just an average rest.

Best thin crust around. Not too much sauce - just the right amount and same with cheese. The meat Ravioli is wonderful. It is hard to find this in the Richmond area.

I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT 5 STAR CAUSE IT HAS EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT PEOPLE.I KNOW ROSALIA SINCE SHE HAD HER FIRST CHILD AND SHE IS A VERY FRIENDLY HARD WORKING WOMAN AND HAS A VERY CLEAN RESTAURANT. I WAS THERE A COUPLE DAYS AGO WITH MY FAMILY AND I HAVE TO ADMIT THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING. GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. ON A SCALE OF 1 - 10 THIS PLACE IS A 10 ON CLEANESS.

This is really the greatest. Im from New York so i know what great Italian food is supposed to taste like. I was also recommended to another Italian restaurant in the east end area from the hotel. But it wasnt anything like Carini's this place is awesome. Hopefully they keep up the good work.
