This dance club attracts crowds of clubbers looking to bump and grind to some serious grooves. DJs come from all over the East Coast to spin the latest house and techno beats at Secrets, keeping the vibe tight and anchoring the up-and-coming nightlife scene in the Shockoe Bottom. Pool tables and video games are on hand to entertain wallflowers or wearied dancers retreating from the always-crowded dance floor. If you work up an appetite while cutting a rug, Secrets serves up typical pub grub (burgers, sandwiches, chicken fingers, etc.) and is willing to make adjustments in the menu to suit your taste -- just sidle up to the bar and make friends with the bartender before making your request. Secrets in the City is a great club to go to. I enjoy the music, and its not to crowed.

Friday nights is when you hit the club! 106.5 The Beat is up in the house. You can also win V.I.P. passes to the club off the radio station 106.5 The Beat. It gets you in free that's all though, everthing else is on you. Sometimes you'll find MaddSkillz in the spot, but he acts stuck up. M-Street acts funny acting also. It's as if you're not well known or Xtra Fly, or loose, you mean nothing. I should know I had V.I.P and still recieved no attention at all. It hurt my feelings because I was Sergio Valente from head to toe, plus I'm cute. I didn't want to be sweated, but when I greet you I shouldn't recieve funny looks like; who are you, what do you want, or where did you come from either. Other than the snobish attitude from people who are wealthy, everything else is A- Okay

I never paty in the Richmond area but the one club i would goto would be Secrets in the city. and stop being haters all your life

OK, that's funny. This "Mona eats world" person criticizes people for making derrogatory remarks then talks about "white preppy" people at Tiki Bob's. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black....sheesh. And quit throwing the race card around. Anyway, I have been to Secrets for over 2 years and the current negative reviews are true and to the fact. Plus I hear now that they have stopped playing techno all together. You want to go to a club with good dance music, go to Chopsticks or try Have A Nice Day Cafe on Wednesday nights. At all costs avoid Secrets.
