One reviewer from the Sacramento Bee reported that "Taco lovers at Chico's are a patient bunch!" Perhaps it's the tongue-tingling taste or the select ingredients that make people line up around the block to eat at this taco joint. The decor is not too exotic, but it does have a bright and cheery backyard patio feel due to umbrellas lined with lights covering some of the tables. Whether you want chicken, steak or just plain beans, there are plenty of tacos, burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas and a host of other Mexican favorites to choose from.

The tables are slow to get cleared, and there is normally rice and other leftovers on the floor. The seats are mostly all torn. However the food is so delicious that it makes...
