Rate and Write a Review Rapscallion's has been serving fresh seafood in a turn-of-the-century San Francisco-style restaurant for more than 18 years. It offers regional fish and meat specialties that showcase the special flavors of every season. The restaurant serves 16 wines by the glass, as well as 150 selections by the bottle, a collection that's won it an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine. Oyster lovers can sample an array of raw oysters harvested in locales such as Nootka Sound and Chef Creek in British Columbia and Blue Point, Long Island. Mix and match them by the half-dozen. There are a number of salads, including bay shrimp and candied walnut, or chicken, sun-dried tomato and basil. There are steaks and lamb for meat eaters, as well as an assortment of scallops, shrimp, tuna, salmon and other seafood that changes on a regular basis.
