Regulars stop by for steamed mussels, hand-cut fries and a cool lemon drop or Manhattan, while others choose Paley's as a romantic wine and dine spot, indulging for hours. The cedar-planked Chinook salmon, served with sauteed young summer vegetables and miso butter, is divine. And the partially roasted/partially grilled lamb served with stuffed tomato Provencal and olive-crushed potatoes gets rave reviews. Kimberly Paley, the ever-present magician at the front of the house (mirroring her husband in the kitchen), makes sure patrons are warmly welcomed and taken care of.
