Maybe it was Frank Kidd's name that prompted him to take toy collecting so seriously. Whatever the reason, here's a man who started amassing toys as a child and kept right on doing it for 30 years. He had the wonderful idea that others might enjoy seeing the fruit of his labors and opened this great museum. All kinds of mechanical toys, from banks to automobiles, airplanes, trains and contraptions that defy description are on display. For many it's a trip down memory lane, a peek into an incredible attic or basement of collectibles. But for everyone it's a fun spot to wander and marvel. -- Joe Kurmaskie
