Like the name says, everything in this store sells for no more than a dollar, which isn't any different from similar dollar stores except that this one is located in the middle of the city, not far away in some small suburb. The key here is a truly vast quantity of items, stretching forever down three long aisles, with everything from holiday items, novelty gifts and small toys to everyday products that you always need: toiletries, beauty care, even underwear. This is the place to go if you're looking for a quickie bargain but don't want to travel way out to the vast caverns of Wal-Mart.
