The new 5801 delivers its nostalgia through a high-tech channel: You can watch Madonna expressing herself or Robert Palmer's ladies joining him on the big plasma TV at the bar or on several sets throughout the room. The mix of old faves and current hits draws a crowd of happy-hour regulars to this Shadyside bar. On evenings, the digital jukebox spins tunes and regulars crowd the place for viewing parties -- think 'Desperate Housewives' or 'American Idol.' Not into the tube?
