You've seen him cook up culinary masterpieces on TV, and now you too can enjoy his cuisine. Bobby Flay -- Iron Chef and owner of NYC's Mesa Grill -- has brought his dishes to the Borgata. Bobby Flay Steak, one of the latest additions to the hotel/casino's fine-dining options, combines the celebrity chef's southwestern cooking style with local seafood and meat. At the Lobster Bar, you can savor lobster by the pound, or start your meal with roasted corn-and-chili chowder or some local Jersey Shore steamers. While the seafood is fresh and highlights Flay's cooking style, diners shouldn't pass over the spice-rubbed steaks, served with the chef's notable steak sauce. Though the restaurant cites the Philly-style strip steak as its signature dish, Philly natives will likely call it sacrilege -- the meat is smothered in an upscale provolone sauce rather than straight-from-the-can Cheez Wiz.
