From the Editors
Although scientists don't know exactly why the rocks sound like they do, compasses are unaffected, and plenty of flora, fauna and beautiful waterfalls can be enjoyed in the approximately 100-acre area. Families can also camp out at Ringing Rocks Family Campground in Upper Black Eddy and make a weekend of it.
Ringing Rocks Park is located in Bridgeton Township, southeast of the Allentown-Bethlehem area, about two miles south from the intersection of Rte. 32 and Rte. 611 at Kintnersville and two miles west of Upper Black Eddy. Take Rte. 32 south to Narrows Hill Road and onto Ringing Rocks Road. -- Brendan Greaves
