Image-conscious friends and fare converge at the Westin Grand Bohemian's signature restaurant in downtown Orlando. Dine on an eclectic menu of lavishly prepared seafood, game and pasta in the Boheme's sumptuous surrounds. The dining room is bedecked with scores of classic-to-contemporary paintings, and the centerpiece of the room is a rare Imperial Grand Bosendorfer piano -- one of only two in the world. Power lunchers pack the place midday for gourmet sandwiches and exotic soups, like the cognac lobster bisque. In the evening, recessed lighting and art glass lamps set the mood for a romantic meal of asparagus-encrusted diver scallops, prosciutto-wrapped grouper, or the popular filet mignon, which is prepared with a rich truffle demi-glace. Artsy touches include edible flower garnishes and most creations almost look too pretty to eat. The Sunday jazz brunch is an uber-elegant affair worth the splurge, with everything from sushi and raw oysters to house smoked salmon, game selections, carving stations and exquisite desserts on tap.

palladino's

Best Italian in or out of town. In mall where Weikiva movie theatres are located. Next to Marshalls. Sign outside still says Urbino's. Not a red checked tablecloth place. Food cooked to order and cooked the way you like it. Very reasonable prices and gracious hospitality from Joey and Beatrice Palladino. Pizza too the way you want it. No cookie-cutter food like any other Italian restaurandt. Get there before everyone elsse disc overs it and the fair prices of such authentic Italian cooking. 880-3333.

The Boheme used to be a great place to dine. Sunday Brunch was amazing. Now there are much better options downtown. We were there for Mothers day this year, and we will not be back. They were terribly understaffed, and the food was overcooked. We did have the pleasure of meeting the General Manager while we were there. He was very polite, until my husband brought up the food quality, then he seemed to have a chip on his soldier. We will not be back.

Fantastic! My bf and I went there for the Valentine's Day Sunday Brunch and it was Fabulous. The chef had outdone himself and our waiter was fantastic, very attentive. Well worth the money. Can't wait to go back!
