Cheerful, loud and crowded, this place does in fact resemble the Greek seaside cafes after which it's patterned. Waiters navigate the dining room, bearing plates of roast lamb and eggplant moussaka, while crowds of Orange County diners imbibe quantities of red wine and strive to make themselves heard over the general hubbub. Constant entertainment comes in the form of sexy, shimmying bellydancers and traditional music performances by Alex Galas and Yiorgos Vassilandonakis. Every so often, food service comes to a halt long enough for the wait staff to perform spirited Greek folkdances. The view is excellent, whether you're facing in toward the dining room or out toward the sea. The food isn't exactly gourmet, but as anyone who's spent time in a Greek seaside village will tell you, that almost makes the experience even more authentic. -- Lena Katz
