Pongsri is so hot it brought tears to our eyes. Seriously, it's not for the tender of palate, as most of the seafood, beef and whole-fish courses are extremely spicy. An exception is tom kah kai, the classic chicken-coconut-milk soup. For the hot experience, try the shrimp cooked in lime juice and the sauted chicken with a good, thick peanut sauce. At lunch, the place is packed with lawyers and jurors from the nearby courthouses.
