At this likable spot, pretty young families and lots of Europeans sit at the long communal pine tables, savoring their cappuccino and reading each other's newspapers. Alain Coumont offers savory nut breads and European pastries, along with the gourmet likes of beef carpaccio, Parma ham, duck pt and soups including iced gazpacho with beet, mango, lime and avocado. At this location only, elegant dinners are served Tuesday through Saturday and feature such entres as goat cheese and sage ravioli and lamb shank with couscous and mint. Several other locations.
