The curved pizza knife is flying, the phone is ringing like mad, and it seems that Famous Pizza is as famous as the staff can handle. There aren't even multitudes of slices to contend with; they only make 10-inch individual pies baked fresh to order. The crust is lofty and crisp, and the toppings are mostly typical: pepperoni, mushroom, and a Hawaiian special with ham, cheese and pineapple. But in this pizzeria there are more saris than jeans, so Famous includes multi-culti considerations to the neighborhood like the Indo-Pak pie with jalapenos, cheese, garlic, and onions. Never mind the almost nonexistent relation to those cuisines; the South Asian crowd loves it anyway. At peak hours it may be best to call in an order to pick up, and don't expect a smile or any extraneous niceties when these guys are busy tending to the clamoring fans. Such is the price of fame.
