a charmed evening, 12/01/2007

ate at craft on Nov 8. the staff was amazingly attentive. The complimentary horsdeurve was fresh and tasty. we ordered glasses of wine. appetizers, snack of the fresh baked bread, shared a steak, 3 side dishes and one dessert. boy were we full. evrtything was cooked to perfection, and we were made aware ahead of what the pric e wouldbe. not at all disappointed, rvrn the farewell muffin was endering. The gewurstaminer was outstanding! Would love to go back. Craft knows what they're doing. Oh Oh Oh... those doughnuts!

Grass fed ? JUst eat the grass 01/05/2007

I agree with the other reviews, the taste of the beef leaves alot to be desired. With all the other great steakhouses in this city, take a pass on this one. Product for price is off the charts! The style and layout of the room..... I felt like I might have been in the public library

Try the Outback Steakhouse 08/03/2006

I took a bunch of clients to this restaurant per their request. The restaurant upon entering is nothing new, a bar and unattractive furnishing for walk-ins. The main dining room layout is better especially when they raise blinds when the sun sets. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there. The $350 worth of "fresh" seafood we ordered as appetizers tasted like it was defrosted that afternoon and then passed off as fresh. The main course was even worse. The $50+ price tag per steak of corn, grass, or Kobe beef was not worth it. The cuts were awful. Each one contained massive amounts of fat. Not to mention they served the wrong order to all of my guests. The sides were nothing to write home about...if I were to guess they too were pre-packaged frozen and defrosted to be served that day. All in all, hit up the Outback Steakhouse, save yourself $1000 buy a new grill and have some Omaha steaks sent to your house. I dine out with clients at least three times a week, take my word this place won't make it more than a year!
