Great food, poor service 07/18/2007

Food was excellent, steak practically melted in my mouth. Owner dampers excellent atmosphere with his impression of a frenchman that includes a fake accent and snobbish attitude.

ONly for the deck 07/05/2007

We only go there when we can eat on the deck--it's very nice. Food's okay to good. Service the same. Anthony's accent is a scream; he's from Kentucky.

Maybe best in town! 03/16/2007

Superb!!!!

Louisville's Finest Restaurant 02/23/2007

Our favorite in Louisville. We have standing Friday night reservation and look forward to it all week, every week.

louisville's most overrated 02/22/2007

food is so far below it's parisian pretensions it's laughable. cold, indifferent service. one step above an airport restaurant, which come to think of it, it is.

Louisville's Best Kept Secret 02/19/2007

The wife and I have gone tp Le Relais many times for anything from New Years to lets just get out. We have never had a bad meal, the folks here keep the menu and service at 110% always.

Best in the City 03/08/2005

Wow, I was blown away the ambience and food are a true parisian experience, service is 4 star with attention to even the smallest detail ,can't wait for the spring to dine on the deck. I reccomend evryone treat themselves ,it is well worth it . I will be dining there again soon ,The chef is now Daniel Stage and the food is incredible as well as some of the best service I have ever received.

The food is very good, not great. The service if average if they don't recognize you. Servings are small, even for items that can't really cost them too much to buy or prepare. Save your money.

CatcharmerL's Review 07/06/2001

Not as good as it used to be. Lame menu, lame wine list, poor service. The menu looked like a 1st grader wrote it. Don't go!

Great food and service. The best in Louisville for a romantic dinner.
