Sharky's Mexican Grill   

Even Tom Cruise has been known to chow down on some of Sharky's famed Baja-style tacos. The inexpensive fare attracts mostly young folks and locals who are looking for healthy Mexican fast food. The Baja chain uses organic rice, cholesterol-free oils and California-grown chicken breast. Try the NuMex Caesar salad, handmade chicken taquitos or their classic shrimp taco, which is sauteed with garlic, lime and ranchero sauce. Favorites dishes include the four cheese quesadillas, the fajita bowl (layers of rice, beans, veggies and chicken or steak) and a fire-roasted sandwich with chicken, steak or veggies. Sharky's has six different types of burritos, which can come oven-baked and topped with cheeses and salsa ranchero.
