Although youll find a token chicken dish on the menu, nobody comes here for the poultry. Its all about the steak baby -- top sirloin, porterhouse, filet, New York, prime rib - and its quite a juicy experience. Your waiter is also your cook and can tell you anything you need to know about the different cuts available, but they wont give away whats in the special seasoning -- that's what sets Mogul apart from the rest. The Mogul clearly takes pride in its beef - USDA Choice, center cut, and aged. Try slathering on some gorgonzola and lap up the luxury of freshly cooked fare prepared however you please. Lighter meals are available, and are politely alluded to on the menu as petite dishes. If you don't feel like steak, feel free to try a combination meal such shrimp and crab which make a delicious tandem. A kid's menu is also made available -- as are early bird specials -- which tend to free up significant chunks of time to digest. -- Ashley Seashore
