This new branch of a Melrose Avenue favorite serves traditional Argentine cooking in a small, bustling room illuminated through colorful hand- painted ceiling panels, while earth-tone walls show off modern art. It's a casual yet slightly trendy setting in which to enjoy some excellent empanadas, chorizo and milanesas. However, a recent order of the plato mixto (parillada) contained some tough steak and sweetbreads. One can only hope this was an isolated experience. Traditional crpes filled with dulce de leche make a satisfying finale.

Im so happy we have this restaraunt in our city. We can always count on great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, great atmosphere, it is one of our favorites, better than Gaucho grill, sorry gaucho

I am from Argentina!!!!!! I can proudly say that Lala's is the best Argentine restaurant ever. It has a great atmosphere, excellent food very inexpensive with a really nice attitude. This is my favorite restaurant ever. Thank you Lala's

Just ate at Lala's after reading these reviews. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the portions were generous. I'm definitely going back, and taking lots of friends!
