Cholada Thai Beach Cuisine   

It may seem out of place packed like a sardine between seafood joints on the Malibu stretch of PCH. But this little shack of heaven has all the laid-back charm of the beach with the softly elegant flavors of Thailand. Order a Thai beer or a crisp white wine and you may as well be under a thatch umbrella with your pants rolled up. It's a tight squeeze with just a few tables, so come early or be prepared to wait. Ambience is super-casual, but by nightfall candles cast a warm glow over steamed hot pots of green curry and Thom Yum soup. For dessert, try the sinfully sticky coconut rice.
