Feast on Moroccan delights with your hands (utensils are only available upon request) like you are in Marrakesh. Rich carpets and fabrics, tent-like private rooms and sultry belly dancing contribute to the authentic vibe perfect for group dining. You order a la carte, from the specials or choose the prix fix menu, which includes several appetizers and entrees. The rich lentil soup is a superb starter and everyone tries the bastilla, a mixture of chicken and roasted nuts wrapped in filo dough. Dinner selections range from lamb with eggplant and chicken with lemon to fresh fish and couscous with vegetables. Traditional hand washing ceremonies occur between courses and the plush pillows and vibrant drapery make you feel like taking a mid-dinner slumber. A complimentary tarot card reading is included with your meal so get spiritual while sipping on mint tea. -- Victoria Namkung

Babouch Resturant is the best Moroccan food you can have in the US, it's like dinning in Morocco. From the Great Food to the exciting shows and the authentic atmosphere you can’t go wrong dinning at Babouch. It is great for families, a fun night out with friends or a romantic evening with your love one. I give it a 5 star!

what can i say i have been to morroco and have been to Babouch...if morroco was a city in l.a. it would be Babouch in san pedro. Resonable prices, $25.00 per person for a 6 course meal, really how can u beat that...A great new bar area and the awesome decor, food, staff, drinks, entertainment, i can go on and on and on... I strongly reccomend this as your next stop for dinner...Servers who dont even let you think about lifting the fork to your lips; they are so helpfull and full of life as they wait on you hand and foot...

I reccomend everyone go try one of the south bays best ethnic resturants...The service was excellent, a young staff of energentic and lively servers, the best food in the world ceated by the friendly chef who came out to ask us how our dinner was (VERY VERY EXCELLENT) !!! Do not deprive yourself by missing out on a night of wonderfully yummy lamb, rabbit, and Chicken pie morracan style and great entertainment...
