Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Like its sister restaurant in Pasadena, this local eatery serves up authentic curries and Northern Indian dishes that put most others to shame. Crisp and flaky samosas are an ideal way to warm up the taste buds, along with their special dipping sauces of cilantro and tamarind chutneys. The curries are rich and flavorful enough to not need any accompanying meat, although die-hard carnivores should opt for the exceptionally tender and juicy tandoori chicken. For those looking for the true India and not the chichi or Americanized dishes of nearby competitors, it's All India all the way.
