Presumably the best guacamole in town, Casa Manana knows how to keep its customers coming back regularly. Owner Desi Juarez knows how to keep his customers happy, starting off each meal with a basket of colorful red and green chips and salsa. Almost all of the appetizers on the menu are large enough to be a meal all by themselves; however, to stick only with the traditional, albeit filling, Mexican appetizers would be a shame. The casa has a broad selection of fresh seafood and is practically renowned for its tangy garlic beans. Come with a large group of people -- that way you can sample several appetizers while still saving your appetite for the main course.

This is a very good restuarant. I ate at the one on Cantrell Rd. friday night and really enjoyed it.
I got the combination dinner with tamales (excellent*****), beef taco (excellent*****), and cheese enchilada (it was ok, not the best***). The fixings (beans and rice) were were good.
The white cheese dip was very good, but the chips are very, very, very hard. They will almost break your teeth. And the Salsa is ok, not the best, but good. My friend got a margarita and she said it was very good and the fajitas were also good. Sweet tea is excellent.
Best Tamale and Beef Taco in town.

This restaurant went first under the original management, then they opened aother restaurant, and left it to another management, they didn't do a great job, so the original management came back in later times, but they couldn't save it so it closed
