When Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas, he always made it a point to stop at Juanita's whenever time permitted. There's good reason for such a notorious gourmand as our former president to have frequented this charming establishment -- Juanita's has long been widely regarded as one of the best spots for Mexican dining in all of Arkansas. An extensive menu offers endless opportunity for culinary intrigue; even such tandard south-of-the-border fare as tacos and enchiladas offer their share of surprises. Case in point is the Wild Mushroom Fajita entree featuring the finest of sauteed fungi served with onions, peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo, roasted corn, and liberal helpings of sour cream. Aside from such spicy splendor, American staples like hamburgers and grilled cheese also make the menu.
