Veggie Delight   

Asian food tends to lend itself more naturally to the vegetarian palate, given the creative and flavorful use of greenery that is a part of its tradition. Veggie Delight is a small, very friendly restaurant in Las Vegass Chinatown district that takes many of its culinary cues from Vietnam and Taiwan. While vegetarians will be fine here the vegans who take this stuff seriously should order with caution, as many dishes contain dairy products.
