Why this one isn't in the Rio is still a mystery. Common sense aside, however, Samba Brazilian Steakhouse promises diverse dining in a city up to its Eiffel Tower in steakhouses. Literally. Dropped strategically between lounge tunes and white tigers, Samba pops with birthday party primary color right through its big banana entrance (don't ask), over its citrus slice carpet and around the surprisingly intimate dining room. Keep your confetti in check -- there's more. For $29.95, patrons enjoy the mouth-watering house specialty known as the Rodizio Experience. Offering 8-10 courses including pork ribs, salmon and sausage with sweet peppers, Samba's chefs slow-roast all on a Brazilian-style rotisserie. They are served in random order with authentic sides of fried plantains, farofa carrots and black beans with rice. Concerned that ten courses might not be enough? No worries. All dishes are served in unlimited portions.
