Has it really been more than 20 years since Susan Anton challenged Cheryl Tiegs, Suzanne Somers and all of Charlie's Angels for poster space on the walls of teenage boys? Yes, it has, though you'd never know it by looking at the blond beauty, who placed second runner-up in the Miss America pageant back in 1970. Unlike other sex symbols of the disco era, Anton achieved her greatest success not on film or television but in theater, where she became a mainstay on Las Vegas showroom stages and an opening act for some of the biggest superstars of the day. Her run with the Flamingo's Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular lasted more than 5,000 performances.
