If it's down-home Southern cooking you're craving, the Bluebonnet Cafe should be first on your list of places to eat. Since 1948, they've been cookin' up the best fried chicken steak with all the fixin's, according to Texas Best. The vegetables, potatoes and other sides are cooked just the way you would expect from a Southern chef, with lots of bacon to season it up. To go along with the Southern cooking, you're sure to find Southern hospitality as well. The waiters and waitresses always greet with a smile and go out of their way to make sure you get the best service possible.
