Using only the finest aged USDA prime beef, Ruth's Chris serves up more than a half-dozen sizzling steaks that are big enough to share. The appetizers will please seafood fans, while soups and salads dominate the rest of the starter menu. There are few choices for the diner that may be watching their waistline. The petite filet topped with jumbo gulf shrimp may be your best bet if you're counting calories. The steak and lobster combination is one of the more popular entrees. The combo lets you pair any steak with an Australian lobster tail or whole fresh Maine lobster. The small selection of wine is the only true indication that you're in a chain restaurant. All entrees are served with your choice of fresh vegetables and a multitude of potatoes including baked, au gratin, julienne and shoestring. If you have room for dessert, the caramelized banana cream pie is a great way to end your meal.
