Located on the edge of restaurant row in downtown Norfolk, Todd Jurich's Bistro is a multi-award-winning eatery and Hampton Roads' only AAA-rated four-diamond restaurant. Todd's motto is "Unpretentious, Unpredictable and Unparalleled," and that's what he delivers. Long a favorite chef in the Tidewater area, Todd's focus is on ultra-fresh ingredients served in a seasonal menu. The ambience gives off the feel of a fashionable neighborhood restaurant and includes an outdoor chalkboard that advertises daily specials. Inside, the restaurant is designed in a casually chic, elegant decor, complete with a full-bar.

It's the food that makes first-time customers repeat guests, however. Winning the 'Wine Spectator' Award of Excellence for three consecutive years, as well as being named Best Restaurant by 'Food & Wine' and 'Travel + Leisure' magazines, the restaurant offers an eclectic menu of specialty offerings that include seared Sonoma foie gras, white truffle ravioli and the chef's special bistro bento box for starters. The spring menu of entrees includes organic Piedmontese boneless sirloin, a Lazy Man's lobster roast, Chinatown duck and jumbo lump crab cakes. Raw Food and wet bread 04/08/2007

Everytime we go there, the food we order has not been cooked all the way through. It is usually still cold and raw on the inside. Also the bread often shows up to the table...

The best restaurant in Hampton Roads. Always good food and service to match. Very accomodating. We need more restaurants like this in the area.
