Rate and Write a Review Cheap drinks and daily specials on both alcohol and food keep the crowds at the Channel One Club satisfied. It's a given that you won't spend much money having a good time here. Booze bargains notwithstanding, this large, split-level establishment is definitely not a rowdy frat bar -- youll come across a more civilized group of patrons in their late 20s, 30s and 40s. From time to time, jazz and blues bands liven up the club and get folks moving and grooving. Some like to grab a bite to eat while they drink; popular menu items include the tuna steaks, ribs and Friday seafood selections. -- Tameka Hicks

I was Impressed
The location is the key here. Easy to get to and easy to get home. Food was great also.
Eh!
Food was ok, but really nothing to write home to mom about. Service was poor to say the least. Unpleasant and very cold, Kelly(or server) did not even great us with a smile or even her name. I, myself, am a server in the community and was very disappointed in it. The food that was described on the menu sounded very appetizing and the the 10.01 pounder was said to be seasoned to perfection, well I did not even see seasoning on the steak when delivered and the "garlic" mashed potatoes were barely even that. Overall, would not eat here again, unless they were giving it out for free.
Not Impressed
We waited 2 hours to be seated after being told it was an hour wait. The manager was not very apologetic, didn't offer to pick up a round of drinks or perhaps an appetizer. Because of the wait and the way the situation was handled, I will NEVER go back or have anything good to say about this place.
