Executive Chef James Powell (American Culinary Federation 2001 Chef of the Year) has a flair for pairing fine wine (sample a glass before dinner or purchase a case in Gibson’s private bar downstairs) with regional French cuisine emphasizing indigenous American ingredients. From portobella gnocci and Gaelic short ribs to pan-roasted sea bass and cider-brined pork chop, dishes are artfully presented by attentive servers. A variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and appetizers -- try the traditional duck pate -- round out the menu.
