Whether you're a power broker, a power forward, or just an insurance salesman on a power trip, Brook's Steak House & Cellar in Greenwood Village is always a powerful choice. Designed and decorated according to upscale-steakhouse tradition -- note the ubiquity of redwood and starched white tablecloths -- Brook's reeks of class, quality and richness, not unlike an expensive stogie. And while cigars are permitted post-porterhouse, steak is of course the star of the show. House favorites include the USDA Prime New York strip and bone-in ribeye. But seafood plays an important supporting role: Brook's Colossal Surf & Turf (lobster and filet mignon) and the king crab legs, which also can be paired with steak, receive high marks.
